Here at the Griffin we feature Guest cask ales along side our regular offering of ales and lagers, we regually change them so we've always got something new for you to try.

Gem

A bittersweet and well-balanced beer that sees the malty character from the Maris Otter barley really shine through.

Tribute

Light and zesty pale ale brewed with specially sourced ingredients, including Cornish Gold and Maris Otter malts and hops.

Timithy Taylor

A classic pale ale with a complex citrus and hoppy aroma.

Fireside

Masses of grapefruit and lemon citrus from the Cascade late hop with herbal dry hop background from the copper hops. Sweetness and body comes from the pale and crystal malts and the black malt adds enough dryness and astringency to keep the beer refreshing.

Yardbird

Tropical fruit and mango and floral notes, with some spicy character, Cascade adds fresh grapefruit citrus, Challenger and Pilgrim provide the underlying herbal hop.
