Lemon Posset.


Lemon posset is a modern twist on a 16th century historical British classic which was a drink consisting of hot curdled milk which was then flavoured with wine, ale, or spice.

The lemon posset of today is made with double cream, lemon and sugar, no curdled milk here, giving a rich and creamy custard like texture, with a tantalising blast of lemon, served with Morello cherries, homemade shortbread, and meringue. Absolutely divine.
